Easy Health Family Floater Plan

Easy Health Family floater Plan protects your family not only from unforeseen emergency expenses but also offers a comprehensive cover for medical treatment of illnesses and accidents requiring in-patient hospitalisation. The Plan offers coverage on floater sum insured basis & also offers an add-on optional cover for listed Critical Illnesses.

Under a family floater policy, a policyholder can include spouse, dependent children, dependent parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren. A maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 5 children can be included in a single policy under a family floater plan.

The minimum entry age for adult dependent is 18years while the maximum entry age is 65years. One can include a child aged 91days to 5years provided either parent is getting insured under the policy. Policyholder can also opt for additional cover for the listed critical illnesses in the policy wording. This benefit is only applicable after 30 days of survival and it will not be applicable for the same critical illness or if 3 or more claims have already been made in a policy year.

The policy also gives optional coverage for newborn baby from birth (day1-90) for in-patient treatment. Maternity expenses including pre/post natal expenses after completion of the specified waiting period is also included in the policy.

There is also a benefit of cumulative bonus of 10% of sum insured for every claim-free year accumulating up to 100%. In the event of claim, the cumulative bonus will be reduced by 10% at the time of renewal.
